This automatic faucet is mounted to your existing faucet. Simply run an object under the faucet and your water comes on automatically. It will then stay on until you move from under the sensor. You can also override the automatic feature by pressing the manual override button - this allows the water to run for 3 minutes until you press the manual override button again, sending it back to the automatic feature.
